Cracked glass, black spots, flickering or a screen that stops responding. We check the display and touch function before recommending a repair.
A cracked screen, weak battery or unreliable charging connection can make a good phone hard to use. Let us check the issue and explain your options.
Walk-ins welcome · Parts and timing confirmed after assessment

Short battery life, unexpected shutdowns or a phone that will not power on. A diagnosis helps separate a battery problem from other faults.
Loose connections, intermittent charging, camera, speaker or button issues. Tell us what happens and when it started.
Call with the exact model to confirm service and parts availability.
For a Galaxy S23, S22 or A14, tell us the full model rather than just “Samsung.” A cracked display, failed microphone and loose USB-C connection require different checks; an S-series screen is not an A-series part.
Tell us whether the fault affects the main camera, selfie camera, speaker or charging connection. Include the a, Pro or standard model designation so the correct component can be checked before ordering.
For iPhone 11, 12 or newer models, note whether calls and vibration still work when the screen is blank. For another brand, call first with its model number and symptoms to confirm assessment options.
Screens, cameras, batteries and charging assemblies are specific to the phone model. Ask which replacement part is proposed, whether it is available and what repair terms apply. A working screen does not rule out damage elsewhere after a drop.
A single fault with an available part is easier to schedule than intermittent power loss, liquid damage or several damaged components. Call with your model first; confirm the inspection time and expected collection time before leaving the phone.
Know your phone model, describe any drop or liquid exposure, and bring the cable if charging is the issue. Back up your data if possible. After inspection, we discuss the repair scope, estimate and expected timing before you approve work.
We assess both. Repair options and parts depend on the model, so call with the exact device before visiting.
Compare the repair estimate with the phone’s age, condition and replacement cost. We can explain repair options and show available replacement phones so you can decide.
Walk-ins are welcome. Calling ahead helps confirm whether the relevant parts and service are available.
